Economic Data Scientist: Apply principles and theories from economics program to predict vehicle market conditions. Review scorecard monitoring reports to catch each variables' distribution. Analyze data about vehicles and prepare report for the management to make the business plan for United States and Canada. Perform MCA effectiveness study to analyze how different cycle plans influence the sales. Establish models using Linear/Logistic Regression, Time Series Model, MLE, Bootstrapping, Model Diagnosis/Selection/Validation/Regularization to predict vehicle market, inventory and demand. Perform programming to create tables, graph and listings to generate reports for the statistical analysis plan. Analyze data and results using economic techniques. Develop and maintain documentation, including description of economic methodologies, SAS programs, results and discussion. Primary worksite is Northville, MI, but relocation is possible.

Req: Master degree in Economics or Statistics or Mathematics.
